If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the watch must be:
- unworn
- unaltered
- in original condition
- returned with original packaging and all included materials
Returns are not accepted for watches that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Because Worden Watch releases are produced in very small editions, returns must be requested promptly. This policy allows enough time for inspection while respecting the limited nature of each release.
To request a return, contact Worden Watch Studio within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the watch arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned piece is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, duties, and import fees are non-refundable.
