Every Worden Watch is covered by a 2-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, Worden Watch will assess the piece and, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected component.
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in assembly
- Mechanical issues not caused by misuse, impact, or water intrusion
What is not covered:
- Normal wear
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic aging
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Water damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care guidance
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or third-party service
- Strap wear from normal use
Because each release is limited, exact replacement parts may not always be available. In those cases, we will work toward the most appropriate repair solution possible.
To begin a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue.
The customer is responsible for shipping the watch to us and the costs associated with that. if the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing fault present on arrival, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
